Buffalo Trails is a Planned Residential Development located in the southern tip of Butler County. Approximately 35% of the land in the 85-acre community is undeveloped wooded green space with numerous walking trails.

Buffalo Trails has both single-family homes and townhomes. The community is now in its fifth, and final, phase of development–additional custom townhomes.
